Lindsey Kernozek
Lindsey’s passion for dogs started early when her parents brought home a spirited Jack Russell Terrier and told her she’d be the one responsible for its training. That first obedience class sparked a lifelong love for canine behavior and connection — and she’s been devoted to helping dogs and their people ever since.

Over the years, Lindsey has worked across nearly every part of the dog industry, from grooming and daycare to obedience and veteran service dog training. Always eager to learn, she’s earned certifications in Canine CPR & First Aid, AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, AKC Temperament Test Judge, and AKC Safe Grooming. Her experience and dedication have even led to national recognition — her dogs have been featured on Fox News, in TV commercials, and have earned titles including Grand Champion, Field Champion, and Reserve Best in Show.

Outside of APEX K9 Solutions, Lindsey also owns KC Concrete & Contracting, where her fiancé Kevin serves as the company’s operator. Together, they bring a strong work ethic and business-driven mindset to everything they do — whether it’s managing projects or helping clients build balanced, confident dogs. As a couple, they thrive on creating structure, connection, and results — both in business and in life.

At home, Lindsey and Kevin share their lives with American Leopard Hounds and German Shepherds, with her son and stepdaughter often joining in on the fun. For Lindsey, working with dogs isn’t just a job — it’s her passion, her purpose, and her way of giving back to the animals that have brought her so much joy.
